Overall accountable for the active ageing programmes of NTUC-Health Active Ageing Centres
Responsible for the planning, design and development of new Active Ageing Programmes (AAP) and selection of AAPs that support BU\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives.
Explore strategic/generative AAP ideas, responsible for the development of grant applications or proposals to explore new NTUC Health AAC signature programmes.
Participate in the planning and budgeting process and manage the programme budget.
Utilizes internal IT systems (B3, OPR), perform data analysis to facilitate decisions making (e.g. life-cycle of programme), to organize information and facilitate outreach communications and measure the performance of programmes.
Proactively monitors programme operations for quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Work with Cluster Managers, Centre-in-charge to resolve issues and initiating the appropriate corrective actions to ensure smooth running of programmes at the AACs.
Implements development strategy to identify potential collaborators or funding sources and conduct outreach initiatives. Collaborates with partners to publicize the organization and its programmes to the community and support its goals.
Improve sustainability of programme and provide learning opportunity (e.g. train the trainers) to upskill programme associate and encourage senior volunteerism
Strengthen relationships, improve network-building and collaboration with key partners in the eldercare landscape.
May require to perform additional duties as requested
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Quality Management to ensure accurate documentation (e.g. programme catalogues, training materials, funding records etc.).
Owner of the Online Programme Registration / Attendance Taking (OPR) process
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor\'s degree, with broad-base knowledge of eldercare sectors required, preferably with a MSc in Gerontology
Requires 5 years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.
Committed to building strong relationships, excellent communications and organizational skills, and experience as a coach or facilitator required.
Previous experience with capacity building, adult learning, and grant making is highly desirable.
Commitment to the organization\'s mission, vision, and values, which includes an understanding of and commitment to improve ageing issues in Singapore.
Ability to engage multiple stakeholders whose needs and experiences vary in support of a shared goal
Able to manage a variety of activities that support organizational and leadership development while also building cross-organizational relationships.
