This role is direct reporting to Regional FP&A and ASEAN Finance Head based in Singapore. The role will cover various countries (i.e. Australia, Japan, Korea, India, Taiwan, Hong Kong). Lead the development and formulation of Strategic & Business plans by providing management with financial expertise, advise, and recommendations. Challenge business assumptions through analysis of performance, trends, market dynamics, pricing and cost changes. . Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends to highlight business growth. . Manage key financial processes including forecasting, budget planning and performance reporting and ensuring reports are produced timely. . Identify, map and analyze business processes as well as corresponding KPIs . Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and performance dashboards. . Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts as required for the region and business. . Standardize and improve the business controlling process. Create dictionaries, manuals and FAQs to ease the role's performance cross-functionally . Build data processing and data management tools using data obtained from multiple sources and develop a reporting layer for easy access as well as data visualization. . Act as the liaison between stakeholders, finance and accounting. . Review Customer and Vendor Contracts and provide commercial input to Business Solutions for tenders and RFPs / RFQs. . Drive and implement automation projects of the company. . Any other duties as assigned by reporting line manager from time to time. Requirements: . Professional and/or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Information Technology or Information Systems or higher in relevant discipline. . Minimum 8 years' relevant experience with 2 years in a managerial position. . Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting . High proficiency in financial modelling techniques . Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions and analytical and data gathering skills. . Strong business, technical and financial acumen. . Proficient in English. Any other languages such as Mandarin will be a plus. . Good written, communication and interpersonal skills. . Experience in logistics, warehousing or manufacturing industry and internal audit would have an added advantage. . Proficient in Microsoft software (especially Word, Excel & Powerpoint), SAP and Oracle applications. . Good team player.
