Meaningful Work from Day 1
This role will lead, enable and deliver a world-class Integrated Marketing Communication for the B-F Asian region, in partnership with IMC managers, Brand team and agency partners to maximise comms effectiveness and efficiency.
What You Can Expect
In this role, you will;
Lead Asia IMC: develop, execute, and optimise multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, print, PR, experiential, Ecom and in-store activations
Lead Agency Management: Cultivate strong relationships with regional communication (BBDO Asia) and media agency partners to step-change consumer communication.
Continuous Improvement
Improve, develop and implement a comprehensive, integrated marketing communications strategy for Asia, aligning with the global marketing vision and regional business objectives.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies and optimise ROI.
Collaboration; contribute as a core member of the Asia Marketing Leadership Team, Manage the Asia IMC Leadership team and work in conjunction with the Global IMC Center of Excellence.
What You Bring to the Table
10+ years working client and agency side in media and marketing disciplines.
Significant experience working across the Asia media landscape and strong knowledge of Asia media channels.
Significant \xe2\x80\x98hands-on\xe2\x80\x9d media planning and buying experience gained either at client or agency or ideally both.
Extensive Consumer brand experience in this field is a must for this role, ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods or luxury brand company (i.e. not a B2B environment).
Demonstrated strategic thinking across media, social, online video, CRM, search, website, data and analytics, content and e-commerce.
