He/ she will lead FBSG efforts across five core pillars of Digital Marketing: Online/offline experience & events, Social, Search, Email & Performance Media. This role combines an overall mastery of Integrated Marketing with leading a team across these disciplines including campaign specialists, data analytics, e-commerce, Brand and PR specialists, product and solutions market segment leaders as well as an integrated agency team. Responsibilities: Activate general principles of digital content and effective UX design including frequent iteration cycles and testing. Apply Agile techniques including: manageable and functional chunks of work, incremental execution/delivery method, and iterative cycles (review what was delivered, its impact, and adjust plan accordingly). Apply core digital marketing disciplines including SEO, SEM, PPC, A/B Testing, Digital Analytics and Digital Optimization. Develop strategy for paid and organic search engine marketing focus on optimizing web pages to drive traffic, engagement, and responses or registrations. Drive customer engagement through online and offline events. Develop the strategy around the use of email and marketing automation platforms to execute dynamic campaigns leveraging industry best practices ' but also pushing areas of growth and innovation. Responsibilities for the functional design of email campaigns and any underlying technical requirements. Identify behavior triggers for key conversion points in the journey. Focusing on the emerging area of Demand Generation Media, the leader will leverage a combination of internal and external teams and agencies to translate marketing objectives and strategies into integrated media plans with an emphasis on digital and performance-driven media: desktop and mobile display, video, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and social. Assist in the development and evaluation of paid media programs and best practices, leveraging data/analytics and performance marketing tactics and technology. Qualifications: Self-starter with marketing leadership and ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership team. Ability to stitch the FBSG narrative and push for thought leadership through media/stakeholder engagement and online to offline storytelling. Analytical and organization skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent market sense to sniff out collaboration opportunities. Good network with cross industry business leaders and media will be an advantage.
