The Senior Manager - Planning Ops - Asia will act as a trusted partner to the Asia Planning VP & Cluster Buying Heads, supporting and driving the Planning strategy and vision across clusters. This role is a combination of Operation Management, Data Analytics and Project management for MPIM teams. It requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, excellent organizational skills and knowledge of end-to-end planning to drive strategic initiative and provide analytical support. The Senior Manager - Planning Ops \xe2\x80\x93 Asia, will identify key planning opportunities and risks and activate key business partners or resources to make sound recommendations and address or mitigate these gaps.Key Responsibilities:S&OP Process:Facilitate and drive OTB and MOP Review meetings & provide monthly guidelines for forecast transmission.Develop, facilitate, and support the monthly S&OP process and meetings across the Asia Clusters.Support the Head of Omni-channel Inventory Management and teams in producing monthly S&OP content and risk scenario planning for the cluster and affiliates.Review and supporting E&O reporting and processes across Asia clusters.Act as a key S&OP consolidation point from affiliate to global level Open to Buy.Coordinate closely with the Global S&OP team to provide ELT level cluster highlights and inventory action items.GTM & Cross-Functional Partnership:Develop and drive the Planning milestone calendar across the planning organization (GTM).Collaborate and align with Cluster Merch and Sales Ops at key touchpoints throughout the GTM, starting from Brief, GLL, Cluster Assortment Review, IR and Hind-sighting.Support and facilitate the development and sharing of Option Counts by MP teams to Merchandizing partners.Collaborate with finance to facilitate the setting of Volume Alignment process that focuses on Revenue, Units, and margin targets for MFP.Support, develop, and drive key GTM check-point meetings, such as Investment Review by Cluster and Consolidation of Data run through the global monetization cube. Schedule and participate in the Global IR team.Coordinate and facilitate Go To Market (GTM) milestones with Global Planning, such as Merchandise Financial Plan (MFP)/ Volume Alignment, Investment Review (IR).Work in partnership with Finance to develop MFP 1.0 / 2.0 (VA) gathering exercise to enable and inform internal MP&IM stakeholders for pre-season planning, open to buy signoffs.Project Management:Facilitate and drive new ways of working and process improvement work with clear RACI\xe2\x80\x99s within MP&IM and cross-functional partners to drive simplificationParticipate in key regional / global project to capture clusters requirements and drive implementation of new tools, systems, ways of working.Data Analytics and strategy:Lead MPIM reporting and Analytics requirements through cross-functional projects.Lead and cover all MP&IM analytics initiatives and requirements with technology team including support and facilitate projects on behalf of the MPIM teams.Requirements:Master\'s degree preferred, or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Management, Communications, or relevant work experience of at least 8-10 years of apparel/retail or equivalent experience.Experience working with Sales and Operations, Planning organizations and/or retail/wholesale environment preferred.Ability to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad, diverse group of business partners, mainly the cross-functional team.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data.Ability to assess business strategies and create aligned learning and development solutions to produce desired business results.Ability to translate process and technical solutions to audience levels, addressing multiple roles and responsibilities.Proven ability to drive implementation of new processes and products in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.Ability to set objectives and effectively manage projects.Ability to multi-task and prioritize.Excellent organizational skills and time managementLeadership skills in a complex matrix organization with ability to influence cross-functionally.Ability to communicate effectively, written and in presentation form as well as orally, with all levels of employees throughout the organization.LOCATION Singapore 138589FULL TIME/PART TIME Full time
