Duties & Responsibilities

• Account Management and regular review of respective BU (Business Unit)\'s recruitment demands
• Meet monthly, quarterly recruitment target for each product as stipulated by BU. Prioritize recruitment according to BU needs.
• Maintain strong recruitment pipelines to meet/exceed monthly target.
• Propose ideas/concepts and proactively work with the decision makers and process partners within the company to positively influence recruitment results
• Work with external partners to drive recruitment through participation of events
• Strive for continuous improvement to existing workflow. Document work flow so as to improve knowledge retention and clarity.
• Prepare monthly report and presentation to report recruitment trends to senior management
• Ensuring zero breaches to regulatory compliances relating to recruitment.
• Guide the junior recruitment officers including managing complicated queries from candidates or other parties, when required.
• Explore the relevance of HR-related technological or analytical tools that would be useful to derive stronger insights on how to improve talent attraction and engagement processes, and curate a more positive candidate experience

Skills & Experience

• Must possess Diploma or higher
• Passion for service excellence and dynamic to response to changing needs
• Drive and motivated to meet challenging recruitment targets
• Able to organize information to achieve positive outcomes
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with recruitment experience will have added advantage
• Experience of managing a small team will be good to have
• Has a keen interest in understanding the impact of technology on the field of HR and demonstrate analytical capabilities, a process improvement mentality and the ability to influence others with data-driven recommendations
