With interconnected event spaces spanning 10 halls and 32 meeting rooms, our award-winning venue is versatile and scalable, easily accommodating business or consumer events of any size.You are the key person to build the fast-growing Corporate/ Incentives/ Meetings portfolio of the business. Our business aim is to maintain a high level of service excellence and develop a strong value proposition to support the needs of the sector.In this role, you will You will actively acquire new clients and cultivate relationships through a robust pipeline of opportunities, developed through a deep understanding of the market trends and competitors' offerings. You are the expert who understands the needs of the clients and planning within their allocated resources and meeting objectives to maximise the returns that they seek.To help you succeed in this role, you should have At least 5-6 years of work experience Business Development, preferably in Hospitality and Tourism Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented; sales-driven Strong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written and verbal communications skills Highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
