Roles & Responsibilities Job Overview Reporting to Vice President, IT, this position is responsible for providing vision, leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development of a cost-effective Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) while facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs of the systems. The Senior Manager will work closely and collaboratively with the customer service as well as production teams to manage the implementation of SCM/CRM and run reporting and analysis. The Senior Manager will alongside business leadership teams to understand business requirements and provide insight into CRM solution. This position is accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization Responsibilities and Duties

  • Understand the manufacturing workflow and business requirements, including process automation, at the manufacturing facility. Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting for production floors.
  • Understand Sales, Product and Services business workflow and business requirements. Design, development, and implementation of scalable, innovative solutions leveraging on SCM/CRM/Field Support Services applications. Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting for sales and customer operations.
  • Document business requirements, process flows, new functionality requests, configuration, process validation documentation and SOPs/training material.
  • Lead process flow discussions and translate existing system functionality so that the CRM Support could be understood by technical/non-technical individuals.
  • Develop and maintain active subject matter expert network. Provides mentoring and coaching to team members; motivates and identifies opportunities for learning and development.
  • Monitors application for readiness, availability, and performance trend analysis.
  • Works closely with the IT infrastructure team to develop / prototype / standardize and roll-out systems related infrastructure components.
  • Acts as first tier support for stakeholders and also coordinates any support efforts from the system vendor.
  • Manage projects / modules related to CRM and acts as Lead Manager working on the entire process from To-be documentation to working with vendors for final solutions. Also acts as Integration Manager keeping track of all horizontal interface points between different function tracks in a major project.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and support of the systems.
  • Coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver on customers’ requirements.
  • Oversee operational tickets and help triage high priority items as necessary.
  • Ensure that the solutions are in compliance with Company’s Enterprise & Security Reference Architecture and facilities any exceptional processes.
  • Monitors the service level performance and addresses user satisfaction gaps and issues.
  • Proven experience working with all levels including sales management, service management, and senior executives, and provide key insights from the data to improve overall customer service effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Proven experience working with and leading senior technical contributors.
  • Any other projects/tasks to be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Minimum a recognized Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or its equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience includes at least 5 years at Senior Managerial level
  • Experience with SCM/CRM Software
  • Experience in Manufacturing industries preferred
  • Strong project management experience and preferably has a PMP
  • Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery as well as successful service level agreement accomplishment
  • Able to communicate effectively and be an effective team leader to manager and motivate team members
  • Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Good interpersonal skills, customer relation and vendor management are essential
  • A hands-on leader with a positive mindset and ability to work in a global team environment
