Job Description


As one of Support Units\' Platforms team member, you will be designing and conceptualizing end-to-end functional and technical solutions in SingPost. As Senior Manager, Solutions Integration & Insights, you will be responsible for the integration of diverse systems across the Support Units to deliver a seamless experience to our employees.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions, solution design, development and testing on interoperability across Support Units Platforms
  • Design and develop high performing and scalable integration and interfaces
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into a cohesive integrated solution
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support and ensure alignment on Group Technology standards and framework for delivered solutions
  • Drive and supervise project plans and implementation through internal team or partners related to the integration of both internal and external solutions
  • Develop technical and functional documentation and integration specifications
  • Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of integration issues
  • Develop accelerators, reusable artifacts and best practices for continuous innovation and quality improvements
  • Deliver proof-of-concepts and technical product evaluations
  • Contribute to overall Support Units Platforms strategy and roadmap
Job Requirements
  • A professional with at least 12 years of experience in IT delivery or consulting, with minimum 5 years experience as a technical product manager or solutions architect delivering solutions using various integration tools and frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge in applying integration design patterns and best practises
  • Hands on experience developing and supporting the following tools and technologies. API Management and integration platforms REST, SOAP, JSON, GraphQL Messaging Queues and Event Brokers Container technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker
  • Ability to program in at least one programming language such as Java or C#
  • Good working knowledge of Elastic stack and Kafka
  • Experience implementing solution on Azure or AWS
  • Team player with good problem solving skills
  • Ability to lead delivery teams and influence outcomes
  • Experience delivering with both waterfall and agile methodologies
