Job Description
Responsibilities: * Actively monitor and engage the Group's portfolio businesses on financial and operational performance matters * Understand the portfolio businesses' financial strength, competitive positioning, and industry attractiveness Responsibilities: Actively monitor and engage the Group's portfolio businesses on financial and operational performance matters Understand the portfolio businesses' financial strength, competitive positioning, and industry attractiveness Work on strategic repositioning projects and/or value creation initiatives Contribute to discussions around portfolio synergies and potential organic and inorganic opportunities Other duties as required by the Group's Management. Requirements: 6-10 years of experience in an in-house corporate planning/FP&A role or Transaction Services experience with a Big 4 accounting firm or boutique advisory firm Strong accounting and finance technical background required coupled with analytical skills with strong strategic perspectives Basic financial valuation and modelling skills is a requirement Strong team player with intercultural awareness and ability to work across geographies and diverse teams Tenacious with high energy levels. .
