1. Lead and drive the review, development and implementation of the AIC Account Management (AM) Framework
Drive the implementation of the AIC AM Framework, including review and implement improvements to it
Create mindshare of the AIC AM Framework for internal AIC divisions
Engage and work with internal stakeholders to identify gaps and barriers to AIC AM Framework
Develop and implement initiatives and programmes to drive the outcomes of the AIC AM Framework
2. Lead and drive the capability building and development of AIC\xe2\x80\x99s Account Managers
Identify strategic competencies i.e. knowledge, skills and attitudes required of AIC account managers
Develop a competency framework for AIC account managers that will inform their development and capability building
Develop and implement a training curriculum for account managers
Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and/or curate learning programmes for account managers
3. Drive improvement to the Partners Relationship Management (PRM) System
Work with Business/IT Divisions and vendors to enhance/revamp existing systems, including defining requirements, testing and deploying the systems
Work closely with divisions to understand their needs and to facilitate discussions to bring about harmonised processes
Manage business changes to assist divisions to embrace the system into their daily operations
Ensure proper documentation and production of system requirements, user guides and materials
Upkeep the system to ensure they are kept relevant and updated, and look at continuous improvements for better user experience.
Work closely with IT to ensure timely resolution of system issues and operability of systems for optimal user experience.
4. Oversee the operationalisation of account management in AIC
Responsible for the development of ready-to-use toolkits and resources to enable account managers to deliver consistent engagement to our partners
Oversee the onboarding and training programmes for account managers
Manage and facilitate meetings to promote sharing and learning among account managers
Oversee the development and implementation of SOPs, guidelines and processes required for engagement
Oversee the development and continuous review of ready-to-use toolkits and resources to better enable account managers to deliver consistent and quality engagement to our partners
5. Lead in the support and coordination of Senior Management\xe2\x80\x99s engagement with Community Partners
Plan and coordinate with account managers for visits between AIC\xe2\x80\x99s senior management and community partners
Oversee the maintenance of the master list of visits for senior management visits between AIC and community partners
Review and develop SOPs for the community visits
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
Recognised Degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar nature with at least 2 years in a supervisor capacity
Relevant experience in training and development will be an added advantage
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to lead, engage and work well with groups from diverse backgrounds
Able to lead, motivate, guide and mentor team members to achieve organisational goals
Able to multi-task and possess strong project management skills
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A self-starter with a sense of curiosity and strong learning agility
