Job Description

As part of the Sectoral Transformation Group in IMDA, the SMEs Go Digital Division aims to help SMEs use digital technologies and build stronger digital capabilities to seize growth opportunities in the digital economy. With digital technology transforming every sector of Singapore's economy, it is essential that our SMEs make the most of digital technologies to improve operations and generate new revenue.Responsibilities

• Set up and ensure appropriate governance for the management of grants schemes
• Develop and review related funding policy, guidelines and SOPs as necessary.
• Ensure optimal business processes within the Division as necessary.
• Manage the Division's budget as a resource for the SMEs Go Digital programme to ensure budget marksmanship while meeting the key performance indicators
• Provide guidance to team members on governance, business process, finance and procurement matters.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on the audit of the SMEs Go Digital programme.
• Contribute to the stakeholder reporting requirements for the SMEs Go Digital programme.

Requirements

• At least 10 years' relevant work experience
• Good understanding of Government funding and grant governance policies
• Good understanding of grant management processes, governance and finance.
• Experience in introducing change management, governance processes and identifying gaps in processes.
• Experience with government or industry transformation projects is preferred.
• Experience in internal/external audit background will be an added advantage.
• Able to work well within a team with diverse personalities
• Able to multi-task, quick to adapt and able to work in fast paced environment.
• Good written and spoken communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Project & People Management skills.

Contract length: 12 monthsSalary: $4,500.00 - $9,000.00 per monthSchedule:
