Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Communication Executive/Assistant Manager, the candidate will work with and support Marcom Lead to develop and execute corporate and marketing communications, community engagement and retail advertising and promotion strategies for the By the Bay community portfolio. This comprises but is not limited to : 1. Technical Development Understand the structure of RQAM's business and processes alongside its service offerings to tenants and shoppers to identify possible mobile app solutions in all areas of the business. Suggest/enhance app content, functions and processes to enhance app offerings and user experience and engagement including monetization opportunities. Collaborate closely with RQAM's internal departments and the app developer to identify and resolve issues, suggest operational efficiencies and manage budget considerations Be informed on existing and upcoming mobile app-related developments, security and marketing initiatives in Singapore and globally.2. APP Content Management and Marketing Custodian of all APP content by working closely with marketing communication team members to create marketable content as appropriate for APP content. Coordinate API integration, installation, upgrading and daily maintenance of software related to the app where relevant. Communicate clearly and regularly regarding inputs and actions regarding actions required by internal and external parties including disseminating information on planned/ad hoc app maintenance and upgrading to relevant stakeholders.3. Community Engagement and Events Management Formulate marketing communications strategies and campaigns to positively profile the By the Bay portfolio on the APP. Source and secure key internal and external partners for corporate privilege programme and place-management APP engagement activities. Conceptualize, organise and execute corporate events and activities that raise the profile and enhance image of By the Bay and RQAM, such as sustainability programmes.4. Campaign Performance Reporting, Compilation of Reports and Administration Analyse data collected and provide recommendations based on data driven insights, relevance to RQAM's and the portfolio objectives and market best practices so as to evolve and optimize the app and enhance customer experience. Measuring and reporting on the performance using relevant tools and dashboards of all APP related campaigns. Track and report on app performance/faults, usage/user satisfaction. Updating various records to ensure accurate and correct information for internal or shareholder analysis. Updating and recording of finance expenses in respect of marketing communications. Other administrative duties may be assigned from time to time.Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications or its equivalent.
  • Commercial mindset with clear understanding and proven portfolio in APP management.
  • Proven organizational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
