A leading medical devices MNC is looking for a committed and passionate Software Consulting and Strategy Marketing Manager or Sr. Marketing Manager for APJI region including Japan, Australia and New Zealand, Korea, India, Hong Kong and South East Asia
THE ROLE
Build the Go-to-market strategy and execution of the company\xe2\x80\x99s medical software and consulting solutions portfolio. Build sophisticated and bespoke healthcare services consulting proposals for key accounts in pipeline discussions Collaborate with global company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing teams to develop and adapt the global MDO value proposition to APJI region needs Identify and scope market opportunities to contract company\xe2\x80\x99s suite of Digital Oncology solutions and services including, implementation, configuration, workflow optimization, training & education, and operations assistance. Maintain relationships with and providing \xe2\x80\x9cpartner level oversight\xe2\x80\x9d on the Digital Oncology customers in an identified zone within APJI region. Conduct periodic strategic reviews of the APJI market landscape and assess market potential for various markets, devise highly strategic and complex software solution approaches and execute on GTM strategies Partner effectively with Government Affairs and Product Marketing teams to prepare GTM strategies Monitor and evaluate internal and external market intelligence to adjust marketing strategies and promotional programs to meet changing market and competitive conditions, including analysis of competitive products and market research. Understand and analyze the products, market, competition, and emerging customer needs specific to the APJI region for SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) based service models. Leverage the information to develop an overarching MDO solutions strategy to fit the needs of the APJ clusters and countries Develop and maintain a high-level of product knowledge of Digital Oncology current capabilities (including presentation skills), a high-level understanding of the Digital Oncology product roadmap, and any other internal or third-party software solutions necessary to be an SME in Digital Oncology products and services Develop and maintain strong key customer and KOL relationships and contribute to company presence at industry conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars. Analyze best business practices around the globe, identify the ones with the best ROI and provide recommendations for leveraging into APJI region in various software and services business model offerings. Through data analysis and customer needs assessments, identify new service offerings, underserved markets, business models, process improvements, go-to market strategies that are supported by data and can be sustained operationally with short-term ROI
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent; Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred 8-10 years\' exp in market development and/or consulting experience in healthcare / Medical oncology exp Understand cloud technologies (SaaS) and healthcare infrastructure requirements across markets Possesses high energy with an entrepreneurial spirit, self-directed, team player and detail oriented with a sense of excitement both internally and externally for our products and our company and passionate towards better healthcare delivery Your profile will not be disclosed to any client without your permission.
