Job Description

:

• To attend all meetings for any product filming projects or proposals as required

• To make purchase props and prepare/setup all filming projects

• To prepare cue sheets, run through scripts in Mandarin, comments on edited films

• Ability to conduct training for products to colleagues in sales depts.

• To suggest/innovate on demonstrations

• To source and liaise with local and/or overseas suppliers and negotiate prices and order large volumes

• Generate product performance report

• Review of the category’s product performance

• Reviewing competitors, including pricing, profit, marketing and other progress

• Researching and monitoring industry trends and consumer behaviour to anticipate demand and changes in buying patterns

• Assist and liaising with designers in designing and/or editing retail box, instructional manual and marketing material

• To test and plan demonstration flows for products

• To suggest/propose products and market surveys

• Inform calendar plan timely for all projects or work-related commitment

• To assist on all business expansion projects (Roadshows, e-commerce, etc) as required

• Assist in any other job assigned from time to time.
  

Work Arrangement: Permanent Role Salary: $3200 - 4000 (depending on experience) Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 9 – 6pm Sat/Sun: Off Location: 20 Changi South Lane

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience

• Minimum Diploma with ideally over 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with sourcing experience

• Strong ability to multi-task, and enjoy working as a team

• Analytical, decisive, and good project management skills

• Keen eye for detail

• To have prior knowledge and experience working in sourcing/buying in household/health & beauty/general household categories, with existing contacts is a bonus

• Microsoft office/Google apps (sheets/docs/slides)

• Possess good negotiation skills and a positive work attitude and able to work well with all levels of staff

• A good team player and able to work under tight deadlines
