Job Description
You will represent final test operation as a single interface to stakeholders during new production introduction and to drive smooth transfer of new products/packages from development to production ramp up
In your new role you will:
- Represent final test operation as a single interface to stakeholders during new production introduction and to drive smooth transfer of new products/packages from development to production ramp up
- Support early engineering activities and requests
- Coordinate and monitor product safe launch activities
- Drive production development efforts for new customer products: analyze and develop manufacturing work flows for new products
- Assist in resolving design and supplier issues
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor / Masters in Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years if experience in production /manufacturing /sustaining engineering environment
- Knowledge of backend assembly, packaging and test processes
- Strong backend operations, with understanding of equipment capability
- Strong knowledge in FMEA and risk assessment & statistical tools
- Knowledge of test manufacturing processes and quality improvement methods
- Strong project management, teamwork, communication, analytical, problem solving skills
