Our client is prominent bank in Asia that has regional presence across the globe. You will be part of the strategic banking operation team, providing customer service for the businesses to ensure the processes are cost efficiency, productivty and in compliance to the banking policy.
Job Requirement
Degree in any discipline
3 to 8 years of relevant customer service/contact centre/banking experience
Contact Centre Environment
4 weekday + 1 Saturday
Location: Tampines
2 Shifts (8am to 5pm/11am to 8pm)

Knowledge of banking and/or credit cards products and service
Job Responsibilities
Monitoring and promptly responding to incoming calls/emails/social media platform/written correspondence
Identifying and resolving customer issues and inquiries received via various communication channel
Performing service recovery
Analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements
Identifying course of action for problem resolution
Providing management support to customer service officers by reviewing and resolving transactions
Conducting coaching sessions and on-the-job training
