The key business in Singapore is TD Securities which is part of Wholesale Banking.Job Overview: TD is looking for an experienced Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst. The analyst will provide expertise and guidance in the collection and analysis of Open-Source Intelligence, with focus on protecting the Bank. As such, the OSINT analyst will be responsible for drafting executive level intelligence reports, Open-Source Data Driven threat assessments, and providing intelligence support for a vast array of internal stakeholders. The OSINT analyst will participate on projects of moderate to high complexity and provide professional reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional, business line or enterprise level.Meaningful work is fueled by meaningful performance and career development conversations with your manager.Responsibilities: Perform advanced analytics in open source collection and provide key decision makers and stakeholders with accurate, reliable, and timely intelligence Utilize industry leading tactics and techniques to discover, decipher, analyze, and synchronize information found in open sources Operate within stringent guidelines of compliance, governance, and procedure to ensure TD maintains the highest integrity when conducting open source analysis Competence in deep web and dark web research and operational security Create briefings/presentations on a variety of open-source derived threats Communicate technical details in a clear and concise manner to key stakeholders Demonstrate ability to identify and anticipate the problems and product/solution needs of our clients Initiate, coordinate and prioritize responsibilities and follow through on tasks to completion Develop and manage processes to track identified events to resolution Contribute to the review of internal processes and activities and assist in identifying potential opportunities for improvement Influence behavior to reduce risk and foster a strong technology risk management culture throughout the enterpriseSkills & Requirements: Minimum 5-6 years of cyber experience with at least 1-2 years of relevant work in OSINT / intelligence experience (e.g. focused OSINT analysis, cyber analytics, all source intelligence analysis, investigative journalism, law enforcement with relevant cyber-focused activities) Advanced understanding and proven application of the intelligence cycle and architecture, including planning, collection, research, analysis, and production Knowledge of OSINT sources and methods (i.e., social media, deep/dark web search engines, databases, etc.) and understanding of major geopolitical trends and regulations, security/risk incidents, and business/market disruptions Knowledge of regional compliance and regulations for OSINT-based activities Ability to utilize link analysis toolsets and fundamental understanding of threat intelligence platforms Demonstrated ability to analyze, evaluate and interpret complex data with a strong understanding and application of analytical techniques Demonstrated ability to participate in complex, comprehensive or large projects and initiatives. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail Ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, including briefing materials in multiple formats, including Word, Adobe PDF, and PowerPoint Proven track-record of operational security compliance and administrative responsibilities including; thorough understanding and compliance to department procedures, tracking metrics accurately, quality assurance and feedback, etc. Demonstrated self-starter and resourceful individual, with experience of operating in fast paced and dynamic operational settings Broad professional experience, including prior international work experience/travel or experience working as part of a dispersed teamInclusiveness: At TD, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible environment, where all employees and customers feel valued, respected and supported.
