Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning and scheduling of the instrument and service part build plan and material flow together with the planning team.
• Review and resolve production and operational problems related to output, quality, yield, delivery and cost.
• Participate in the AOP process and review and control operation matrices.
• Contribute to new product transfers and start-up activities by planning and executing facilities and production resources.
• Continuously improve product quality, performance, productivity, delivery and cost performance.
• Ensure highest standards of safety and environmental control within the factory by implementing and controlling safety and environmental activities.
• Participate in employee recruitment, developmental and motivational activities to improve morale and performance.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory and company quality and safety management systems.
• Participate in other activities and projects as assigned.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science disciplines.
• Certified LEAN Practitioner or LEAN Sigma Green Belt or 6 Sigma Green Belt.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in production with the latest 3 - 5 years of experience acting in a production managerial capacity.
• Good technical, engineering, and management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Team Leader and Collaborator.
• Good leadership qualities, and enjoy coaching, motivating and developing others.
• Proven capability in planning, organizing, executing and tracking multiple projects and able to adjust to changing priorities and assignments.
