We are hiring Contract Payroll Specialist to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.
Job description:
- Coordination with different stakeholders for inputs collation, queries, follow up, govt portal authorization, payment to IRAS
- Follow HR policies and prepare the inputs accordingly
- Follow the standard process of data maintenance in the respective folder paths and have regular review and check
- Manage internal & external payroll audit on site with detailed explanation on the pay calculation and source input
- Work with the internal team to collate and prepare data for government surveys
- Prepare compensation budget forecast
- Ensure tracking of monthly government claim, CPF Refund, submission, verification, payment, follow up with employees
- Able to support for adhoc report request from internal stakeholders
- Min Degree in any discipline
- 2 - 3 years payroll experience
- Familiar with Singapore payroll process
- Handle large volume of payroll headcounts will be advantageous
- Experience using Workday, SAP and proficient in Excel
