Job Responsibilities:

• Important role in ensuring site safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and implement improvements in processes and equipment.
• Ensure the compliance to Good Data Management and Data Integrity (ALCOA principles) and update on procedures as required.
• Deliver flawlfess execution for respective PCTs (API, MS, 00, Leadership, Engineering) by updating peformance against metrics, highlighting and resolving issues.
• Perform coaching role to junior engineers and handle complex manufacturing and operation issue. Train process technicians on processes and procedures as required.
• Meeting production target in cycle time and output.
• Ensure quantity of raw material is sufficient for production and supply of finished products in the market.
• Ensure quality of production batch release and equipment readiness.
• Safety review of changes in manufacturing processes and safety invesitgation.
• Participate in product chemistry, process design understanding, production investigation improvement and product transfer.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Science/Science with major in Chemistry.
• Minimum 2-3 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of Process Control system + Program Logic Controller + sound understanding of Automation systems.
• Broad knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced knowledge of specific technical/operational practices
• Operation Floor experience would be utmost advantageous.
