The Senior Process Engineer is accountable for site operations, emphasizing personnel safety, process safety, product quality, supply reliability, plant availability, and customer satisfaction. You will need to enforce compliance with Air Liquide\'s management and quality systems, local laws, and regulations. Besides, you will be responsible to enhance systems and personnel capabilities for sustainable operational excellence, meeting customer needs and expectations for enhanced customer satisfaction.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Ensure strict compliance with site equipment maintenance routines to optimize plant availability.
Develop and include monthly site maintenance schedules in reports for the Site Facility Manager.
Evaluate and justify maintenance delay requests from the Reliability Centre.
Adhere to Division Procedures on Maintenance Strategy and communicate shutdown maintenance commitments to OCC, Logistics, and customers.
Conduct regular quality checks (at least quarterly) on vendor and Reliability Centre maintenance.
Investigate all incidents, conducting root cause analyses and ensuring action item closure.
Implement the same Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions for incidents at other sites when applicable, providing evidence.
Follow MOC requirements until the approval stage for any non RIK (Risk Initiating Key) modifications on-site.
Comply with Safe Work Permit requirements, ensuring Method of Statement and Risk Assessment are reviewed by qualified personnel before work begins.
Promptly raise Corrective Action Reports for AL departments or non-AL vendors and oversee satisfactory closure.
Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with safety requirements and standardization.
Provide effective training and qualification for all on-site personnel.
Manage expenditures within the budgeted OPEX, actively highlighting and justifying CAPEX needs for improvements or issue resolution.
Maintain Supply Reliability & Plant Availability Index and ensure IMS compliance.
Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably minimum 3 - 5 years experience in chemical process related operations or production will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with process simulations and knowledge of analyzer systems and gas systems..
Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills.
