What You Will Do:

• TDK Die Attach Process Owner
• Ensure OCAPs, OI, Process Guide are always up to date
• Lead all Process improvement (CPK, SPC, Yield, Quality, Productivity) by minimizing variability
• Consolidate, review and optimize past, present and future SPC reports
• Coordinate Vendor/supplier on process issues and support level
• Lead continuous-improvement projects and solutions, e.g. UPH, Yield, Cost, Productivity & etc
• Review and update FMEA and Control plan with cross-functional teams (DDD, PI, Quality)
• Lead and drive SPC control towards zero defects
• Any other duties as directed by the Engineering Manager
