T Job Function Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Sales (Existing Client), Sales(Corporate) Industry Manufacturing(Electronics/Semiconductors) Our Client is a Japanese electronics and automobile manufacturer. They are hiring a Senior Process Engineer to Conduct equipment approval & ensure its compliance with requirements. Reporting to: Process Engineer Manager What you will be working on - Conduct MSA & reporting for equipment approval. - Primary point of contact for the responsible processes (assembly, equipment) working alongside customers and production. - Work with production & customer to check Assembly Process & make suggestions to Improve Production Yield. - Work with production & customer to evaluate Product Failure & identify root causes & make suggestions for improvement. - Work with production to support Equipment maintenance program. Requirement What they are looking for - Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering. - Minimum 3 years of working experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. - Experience within PCBA and Box Build Assembly Processes and equipment. - Experience in semi-automation & full automation assembly processes. - Experience in handling test & process failure analysis & using tools (e.g. Minitab) to identify the possible root cause. - Experience in handling test & process failure analysis & make suggestions to improve the yield. - Able to do process improvement and stabilization - Able to use MS Excel, Word & Power Point. - Able to communicate with other divisions, Suppliers, and Customers directly. - Able to work in a team environment and PowerPoint interface with all levels of the organization.
