Handle user\xe2\x80\x99s queries on purchasing, goods receipt matters
Process GeBIZ, WorkDay transactions
Update GeBIZ e-catalogues
Update contract monitoring alerts
Generate reports from GeBIZ and WorkDay
Assist in filing and housekeeping activities
Assist in FY closure and cutover activities e.g. updating GL codes as instructed
Assist on general system testing activities as instructed
Assist with simple contract extensions, variations
Any other related administrative matters, as instructed
Working Arrangement: Location: Near Outram Park MRT Station Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am to 6pm Contract Duration: Feb 2023 to Jun 2023 Salary: TBA
Job Requirements:
Working experience in a purchasing related role, preferably in GeBIZ and WorkDay
Able to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written
Have strong interpersonal skills for both internal and external customers
Able to manage workload and focus on priorities
A proactive, impactful, reliable and passionate individual with the ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
