Roles & Responsibilities
:
- Handle user\xe2\x80\x99s queries on purchasing, goods receipt matters
- Process GeBIZ, WorkDay transactions
- Update GeBIZ e-catalogues
- Update contract monitoring alerts
- Generate reports from GeBIZ and WorkDay
- Assist in filing and housekeeping activities
- Assist in FY closure and cutover activities e.g. updating GL codes as instructed
- Assist on general system testing activities as instructed
- Assist with simple contract extensions, variations
- Any other related administrative matters, as instructed
Working Arrangement: Location: Near Outram Park MRT Station Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am to 6pm Contract Duration: Feb 2023 to Jun 2023 Salary: TBA
Job Requirements:
- Working experience in a purchasing related role, preferably in GeBIZ and WorkDay
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written
- Have strong interpersonal skills for both internal and external customers
- Able to manage workload and focus on priorities
- A proactive, impactful, reliable and passionate individual with the ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
