• Client: Japanese / MNC
• Industry: Manufacturer of Heavy Machinery and tools
• Location: West Area. With transport pick up at CCK MRT, Etc
• Working hrs: 5 days/ Mon - Fri: 8 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.15 pm

IMPORTANT NOTE: STRICTLY NO QUOTA for ANY Work Passes.

Job Requirements: * Degree in Engineering, with Min 10 years\' experience preferably in a machine tool environment.

• With At least Five years of Singapore Manufacturing environment experience
• Excellent leadership quality, a strong spirit of teamwork, proactive initiative
• Experience in Manufacturing and Assembly of Heavy Industrial Machines
• Qualification in production techniques such as 5S, Safety, and ISO 9001 are added advantage.
• Experience in managing a production assembly team of at least 150 headcounts.
• Good presentation, interpersonal negotiation skills, and knowledge in planning, accounting, human resources, and factory automation.
• Fluent in English both oral and written, Well versed in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Resourceful and able to work under tight deadlines.

• To lead a team of production staff to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Keep a good relationship between the management and the workers.
• Make a master plan for the Machine Tools Dept and Execute production activities in reference to the master plan
• Manage, motivate, and develop a team of production staff in areas like education, behavior fair manner, etc.
• Control of production variable cost and expenses and maintain P/L
• Ensures plant-wide safety, productivity good factory housekeeping, and serviceability of all production machines and types of equipment.
• Monitoring production quality, cost, and timely shipment to ensure a good reputation toward customers.
• Other responsibilities are assigned by management from time to time.
