The successful candidate Job Req ID: 7932 We are looking for proactive and passionate Senior Programme Manager to join us to manage the delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects within agreed time and budget constraints in the Healthcare Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, overseeing and leading of project(s) from ideation through to completion. The successful candidate is expected to interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously to complete the project. Responsibilities : Leading project planning sessions Coordinating staff and internal resources Managing project progress and adapt work as required Ensuring projects meet deadlines Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders Designing and signing off on contracts Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review Designing risk mitigation plan Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects Managing large and diverse teams Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a technology related domain Relevant background in the Healthcare Sector will be an advantage. 10 or more years' experience in Project Management Strong knowledge of project management methodologies with at least 3 years of experience practicing Agile methodologies Working knowledge of DevOps and related tools. System design experience is required. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to thrive in a multi-cultural team Strong in stakeholder engagement, scope and budget management, risks, and issue management Skilled in influencing for positive outcomes with business thinking. Proven experience in managing vendor partner relationships and delivery of projects in an offshore delivery/ services model Self-initiated with high tolerance for ambiguity and ability to create structure. Ability to work in a team in an agile setting will be a plus Ability to demonstrate leadership, even while handling crisis situations Google Cloud Platform/ Scrum/ PMI certifications will be a plus Prior experience in a similar regional position / role will be a plus
