The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Mandai Global, an entity that is part of the Group, will establish and operate new lines of business anchored in creating positive outcomes for nature and wildlife.

We are seeking a highly driven individual to join the IT Project Management Office and contribute to the rejuvenation of our parks and transform Mandai Precinct into an integrated nature and wildlife destination.

Reporting Deputy Vice President of the IT Project Management Office, the candidate will have the opportunity to take part in managing digital transformation projects from planning to operation that include the design, specifications development, procurement, to working with the vendor in deploying the solutions and eventually be part of the team that oversees the continuous operation of the Front-of-House systems.

Main Duties

\xc2\xb7 Project Management of digital transformation projects supporting Commercial line of business, consisting of Tenancy Lease Management System, Customer Relationship Management, Events Management System, Property Management System and Attractions Ticketing System.

\xc2\xb7 Act as internal consultant to provide solutioning to address business needs, and manage solution delivery based on business requirements, cost, and schedule.

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the users and project team members to gather business and users\' requirements and translate the requirements into tender specifications.

\xc2\xb7 Manage end-to-end tender preparation and procurement process including source, evaluate, short-list vendors (solution, products and services) to meet business objectives and operation needs.

\xc2\xb7 Manage a team of vendors and work closely with the business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within time, scope and budget, and in achieving business outcomes.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for managing day-to-day operation and support, contract, and vendor management in meeting service level agreement.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent. Project Management related certification such as CITPM, COMIT, PMP and Agile Scrum Master will be highly valued.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5-8 years of experience in managing Sales and Fulfilment Systems systems with extensive implementation experience managing medium to large-scale digital transformation projects.

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of personalized, connected, and seamless omni-channel and O2O digital strategies and experienced in leading the implementation of Sales and Marketing projects to commission B2B CRM, Corporate/ Private Events Sales, MICE conventions, Tenancy and Glamping management technologies.

\xc2\xb7 The following technologies are important to us. Although we understand the level of experience may vary in certain areas, the candidate will be expected to be advanced in a number of these areas:

o Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (B2B Sales and Customer Lifecycle Management)

o Events Management System (Amadeus Delphi/ Momentus)

o Property Management System (Oracle Opera Cloud)

o e-Commerce solutions, point-of-sales

o Attraction Ticketing Systems (Galaxy/ VGS/ Total Ticketing etc.)

o Microsoft Azure and Cloud Services

o Tenancy Lease Management System

\xc2\xb7 Ability to understand complex landscape and changing business needs, and process strong problem-solving capability in a holistic approach.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work well under pressure, last minute changes and tight deadlines.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work collaboratively with multiple teams working in different modules and technologies.

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage C-Suite and VP-level stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical, organizational and presentation skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong vendor and people management skills.

\xc2\xb7 Domain knowledge in the travel & attractions, hospitality, retail industry and/or financial services is highly beneficial.
