Our Company is looking for a Revit Architect to start IMMEDIATELY REVIT ARCHITECT (OFFICE BASED ROLE)
The role includes but is not limited to:

• Setting up a Revit project template for vertically phased projects.
• Creating families and model groups – bathroom pods, materials, detail libraries, etc.

• Managing the production/coordination of design, permit, and construction documents

• Development of creative solutions for complex design and technical issues

• Collaboration with in-house teams and lead coordination with external consultants.

• Production of graphic presentations and 3D visualizations
• Perform project code analysis, product, and materials research for project specifications

The ideal person must have/be:

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture, preferably a licensed Architect
• With at least 4 – 8 years of working experience in the Architectural Industry

• Strong Revit skills and understanding of BIM best practices
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD. Proficiency with other 2D/3D software, including Adobe Suite, Computational Design tools a plus

• Highly Proficient with the integration of Building Systems, Materials, Construction Techniques into Architectural solutions.

• Skilled with interior and exterior detailing for construction documents.
• Proficient with the application of US local building and zoning codes would be an advantage

• Experience in types 1&2, 5B construction – multifamily residential and mixed-use project preferred.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative to problem solve individually or with the project team.

• Experience managing small teams for permit and construction documents
