Assist in the production and implementation of action plans to ensure sales targets and revenue objectives are achieved
Analyse current and potential markets/trends, coordinate all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increase rate
Procure new and repeat businesses by monitoring contact with corporate/commercial houses, governments / embassies and professional associations with local, domestic and international markets (relevant to your assignment).
Maintain contact with clients through personal sales calls, telephone contacts and written communications
Oversee the selling, servicing and follow-up of group businesses and monitor competitor activities and conduct market research.
Organize and/ or attends major sales/ PR related functions
Provide after-sales service and to ensure all guests feedback is brought to the management’s attention and communicate with the relevant departments if necessary for proper handling. Ensure that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated
Weekly sales plans & reports
Any other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time

Knowledge & Qualification:
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in similar capacity with demonstrated track records.
NITEC in any discipline or an equivalent combination of education
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Extensive experience in all aspect of relationship Management.
Strong understanding of customer’s business and market dynamics.
