Responsibilities

: " Principal Responsibilities Drive GLCM Sales and Business Development from new and existing Global Banking Financial Institutions Group (FIG). Institutional Client Group (ICG) and Public Sector clients, liaising closely with Relationship Managers and Regional and Country level sales heads to generate leads and respond to inward referrals domestically and from other regions Maintain and enhance existing revenue streams and develop new revenue streams by identifying and selling innovative GLCM solutions to a defined portfolio of clients maximizing commercial profitability via always enhancing relationship depth. This will include contributing to the pricing, reviewing and negotiating the full range of cash management services together with effecting any cost reduction initiatives required by the Group Work with FIG, ICG and PS Relationship Managers and other stakeholders to develop and execute sector strategies and client plans Build relationships with Senior Finance, Treasury, Network and Procurement staff within the bank's clients, leveraging these to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across the Asia Pacific region, in particular within ASEAN Drive client engagement to provide better cash management solutions by identifying and building client needs Create and lead deal teams to manage complex multi-country cash management transactions To be recognized as a GLCM specialist with an ability to display competent knowledge of relevant products and services with the job-holder's area of responsibility Develop the bank's presence in the market, leveraging sector expertise to position HSBC as the thought leader in FI Cash Management Work with stakeholders across the bank including RMs, other HSBC Products, and GLCM Product Management, Client Implementation and Client Service to ensure a positive client experience Consistently role model the Sales Manager competencies providing guidance and coaching to other sales managers and team members where necessary Ensure the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organisation. This will be achieved by consistently displaying the behaviours that form part of the HSBC Values and culture and adhering to HSBC risk policies and procedures, including notification and escalation of any concerns and taking required action in relation to points raised by audit and/or external regulators Requirements Experience working in relevant environment(s) i.e. Cash Management/Transaction Banking - Managing FI/NBFI Clients Experience of the NBFI sector is an advantage but not essential - a desire to quickly become a specialist in the sector is paramount Proven experience of business development and strong knowledge of cash management products Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs Built effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing others, negotiating effectively A comprehensive understanding of risk management of all kinds and proven experience of ensuring own/others compliance Experience of building and managing complex relationships Strong team and interpersonal skills and comfort working at all levels of seniority, both within the HSBC organization and with the senior management of the client ", "identifier":{ "@type": "PropertyValue", "name":"The Hongkong And Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited", "value": "*******" }, "datePosted": "2022-08-03", "validThrough": "2022-09-02", "url": "********************", "employmentType" : "FULL_TIME",
