Assist in building and maintaining contact with all clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction . Identify major prospects and formulate action plans & sales strategy aimed at servicing and converting potentials to clients . Continuously seek opportunities for business & acquisitions within their portfolio . Monitor market trends, paying attention to yield management Requirements: . Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management / Sales & Marketing Management or equivalent . At least 2-3 years of Sales experience in the Hospitality Industry . Proven track record and good network of clientele . Result-driven individual with excellent PR, communication and interpersonal skills . Strong analytical problem solving skills with an innovative approach in providing solutions . Pro-active team player
