Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. Sales Manager Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor/ Master Degree in any streams 3-14 years' experience in End to End Management of Retail and Wholesale Food Processing Must have 3-7 years End to End Food processing work experience in FAASOS PRODUCTS Ability to win the RFP by showcasing the complete success stories of Faasos Food Product knowledge and bring more business Strong communication skills Creating and implementing a sales plan Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress Analysing sales data for new and existing food products Expert analysis on ongoing food products revenues Coorinate with the customers on food product launches and follow-up actions
