We are building a diverse team for a chef-centric lifestyle restaurant, opening in Q1 of 2023 in CBD area. Focusing on contemporary Southeast Asian cuisine, we strive to preserve the heritage and provide exemplary guest experiences with warm hospitality. We are looking for individuals who believe in our philosophy & values. The restaurant is headed by Chef Patron with 20 years of professional restaurant experience, ranging from Michelin-starred restaurants to five-starred hotels.

Senior Service Crew/Service Crew:

• Keep a consistent standard of service, quality & cleanliness in the dining area in accordance to SOP
• Coordinate all serving responsibilities so that all guests in restaurant receive prompt, efficient & courteous service
• To have thorough knowledge of all menu items & service procedures
• Set-up the dining area & service station in preparation for the day\xe2\x80\x99s business
• Take all guest orders by following proper guest serving procedures
• Suggest food & beverages to guests
• Promptly & correctly deliver all orders to the guests
• Clear all soiled dishes, glassware & cutleries from guests\xe2\x80\x99 tables to dishwashing area
• Perform daily & weekly housekeeping & cleaning duties according to schedules
• Any other ad-hoc duties given by the management

• Min. GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 Level
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
