Company Highlights Strong and stable company with high performance culture Good staff benefits and staff welfare Top 10 in The Straits Times' Singapore's Best Employers 2022Job Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and close new customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet or exceed assigned goals Conduct continuous prospecting activities and build a sales pipeline sufficient to support the achievement of sales revenue goals Provide professional services to current and new clients through consultative selling, cross-selling, or up-selling the company's products and/or services. Establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients as a trusted advisor by regularly updating them with company's new products and/or introducing innovative solutions and providing continuing pre-sales and post-sales support in managing and meeting their expectations. Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge to effectively engage in business discussions with clients across industries, and to co-create feasible solutions to address any of their engineering concerns throughout the selling process. Able to think critically and suggest improvements that might lead to cost savings or other client benefits. Develop and/or customise relevant materials and presentations that explain key product features and viable technical solutions to benefit clients and prospects. Manage accounts effectively throughout the sales cycle - Prospecting, Business Development, Deal Confirmation and Post-Sales Support. Involved in all sales and marketing initiatives; seminar/ technical training workshops, marketing literature, marketing materials, PR events, etc Continuously develop production and solution knowledge, able to learn the latest market trends, competition movements and improve personal soft skills in negotiation, presentation and selling capabilities Any other duties assigned by SupervisorPre-requisites: - Degree/Diploma in any discipline with at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in kitchen/home appliances industry Result oriented with proven achievements in development of accounts and good track record in sales Analytical with ability to influence customers Ability to collaborate with customers on resolution of technical issues, through internal or vendor support resources Excellent communications, presentation & interpersonal skills A team player who is meticulous and able to work independently Possess own vehicle preferred Able to work in a fast-paced sales environment and be able to multitaskThe successful candidate will be based at 26 Senoko Avenue. Company shuttle bus pickup/dropoff point at Sembawang MRT station.Remuneration will commensurate with work experience and qualifications.
