Specialist, Marketing - Southeast Asia

Overview
Developing an annual blueprint for effective distribution and utilization of SEA Budget across markets. Establishing and tracking KPIs against all market activity.
Role

  • Process invoices, tracks and reports budget for SEA and country marketing programs through collaboration with finance and suppliers, to ensure programs spend are on track against budget and financial forecast
  • Executes consumer marketing campaigns and events (includes advertising, promotions, sponsorships, trade shows, webinars, websites)
o Supports development of creative content for application in marketing strategies
o Analyzes campaign performance using specified measures and evaluation metrics
o Prepares marketing solution presentations using specified parameters
o Provides any necessary clarifications to vendors (e.g., agencies, film production, etc.)
o Day-to-day liaison with agency and merchant partners to coordinate copywriting, website uploads & project management of ad hoc website projects where needed
o Manage an image library & distribute content to relevant internal & agency stakeholders on a regular basis
o Provide administrative support for the internal document management system
o Participate in the day-to-day planning and execution of business administration and marketing projects and programs.
o Provide administrative support to the SEA Marketing team in duties such as filing, coordinating meetings and collating reports including project updates.

  • Administratively strong with good organizational skills
  • Solutions oriented, proactive, highly collaborative
o Proven track record of planning, developing and launching digital and social media plans
o Proven track record with knowledge and experience with search engine marketing/optimization, social media platforms and user behavior/nuances, content marketing, mobile advertising and marketing, and audience buying through programmatic open exchanges and private marketplace.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data from a variety of sources and act on findings
o Strong presentation skills, including the ability to lead/participate in discussions that will result in effective marketing plans
o Proven track record in managing multiple projects, setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working on projects that require collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated comfort conducting various analyses and choosing best program to utilize, e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, Oracle Financials
  • Demonstrated ability to standardize collected data and draw out preliminary insights
  • Experience developing presentations by creating content and articulating a story with a clear point of view
  • Good interpersonal skills in managing internal customers and external suppliers.
