Senior/Specialist, Local Marketing
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans with emphasis on lead generation including, but not limited to, events and content marketing for assigned markets
Develop marketing messages and identify marketing channels for assigned markets
Organise marketing events, manage projects and support recruitment outreach to increase brand awareness and achieve leads targets
Collaborate and manage relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders (internally and externally)
Adopt a data-driven approach to marketing, monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against key performance indicators
Liaise with agency, media houses & vendors in the development and management of advertisements and marketing collaterals for the assigned markets
Manage assigned marketing budgets, and provide management updates and reports
Requirements:
Degree in marketing, communications or business with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
Prior experience in marketing and advertising is a must
Ability to work to challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital media
Knowledge of the higher education industry, prior experience in running events and have been in a regional role would be an added advantage
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and people management skills
Resourceful and meticulous with an eye for details
Results-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities * Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
