Senior / Student Service Officer

Job Description
Duties:
- Student Services: Execute the day-to-day work processes for the smooth delivery of services to learners.
- Provide inputs or suggestions to improve on systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Student Services department.
- Executes work processes to ensure that student interactions are responded to in accordance to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- 3 Years Contract
- Clementi
- Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Saturdays (6 Saturdays per year) 9.00 am 1.00 pm
- up to $4500
Academic Education / Training / Experience
- Diploma / GCE "A" / "O" Levels below,
- Minimum 3 years of working experience within a service environment, preferably in a diverse
- Sound understanding of call centre operations, with knowledge of customer service and
- Bilingual with good command of spoken and written English and one other language,
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, presentation and communication skills.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with people of diverse background.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.
- A team player who is able to work with academic staff and administrative support personnel.
- Able to work independently and as a member of multiple and varied teams.
- Able to work on flexi-hours and Saturdays when required.
