Senior Supply Chain Executive ($3500 $4000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Implement procurement strategies to cost-effectively acquire the necessary products from a pool of efficient vendors who can deliver quality goods on time.
- Assist in ensuring Procurement processes are in accordance with the government legislations, regulations and trade agreements and suit the changing market conditions.
- Implement policies, procedures, guidelines, process manuals and forms to assist in providing definite direction and support to the subsidiaries\' day to day operations and ensure their compliance.
- Monitor the subsidiaries\' performance and follow up until the desired results are achieved.
- Control Procurement-owned software to ensure full control on the functionality, access security and information running in the system.
- Control department expenditures to ensure that expenses are in line with the budgeted funds.
- Ensure departmental performance in accordance with company\xe2\x80\x99s corporate goals.
- Collaborate with the internal department to maintain the inventory in stock to meet the demand of customers.
- Diploma/Degree in Supply chain, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar to import and export process is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
