Economic success and corporate responsibility are inextricably linked as part of this process.Symrise \xe2\x80\x93 always inspiring more \xe2\x80\xa6Senior Warehouse Coordinator (Scent & Care), SingaporeAs a Senior Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible to perform warehouse related activities including loading and unloading of materials, sampling of incoming materials, inspection and verification of goods from suppliers and production, issuance of raw materials to production, inventory record maintenance and orders preparation for shipment. You will be required to attend to internal and external audits and report directly to Warehouse Manager, Scent & Care.The Position:

• Transfer raw materials from warehouse to production floor to support and meet daily production schedules upon receiving requests.
• Inspection and verification of raw materials received from suppliers in alignment with goods receipt in SAP system.
• Perform sampling of materials for further verification.
• Label and transfer finished goods in preparation for shipment.
• All work activities to be carried out in the warehouse must conform to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Unload, inspect, verify and repalletize pallets of materials and put away to designated area for proper storage.
• Participate in inventory cycle count and stock take
• Compliance to corporate management systems, Symrise workplace safety and health management system and local regulations
• Involve in internal and external audits

• Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience in relevant industry
• Possess a valid forklift licence
• Able to lift heavy load up to 25kg and withstand strong smelling environment
• Proficient in SAP
• Willingness to work on shifts and overtime when required
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• A strong team player, independent and meticulous
