Position Overview:
The Warehouse Site Senior Manager will coordinate warehouse activities, operations, and staff to ensure conformance to established procedures. This position reports directly to the Head of Operation Group and, upon successful completion of the probation period, will be appointed as the Part Leader of the Operation Group. The Warehouse Site Senior Manager will also implement practices to improve the effectiveness and financial performance of the supply chain and drive continuous improvement across key business objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Closely communicate, collaborate, and negotiate with the logistics department of our key client (the global top electronics manufacturer).
• Manage and oversee approximately 50 staff members, including both regular and non-regular personnel (outsourcing, temporary staff, etc.).
• Ensure optimal working conditions, address employee concerns, provide clear work instructions, measure performance, and manage workforce efficiency.
• Take full responsibility for all resources involved in warehouse operations.
• Conduct all logistics operations using our WMS/TMS systems, ensuring system-based warehouse management.
• Analyze performance metrics and train employees on departmental and company goals and procedures.
• Ensure the safety of employees and comply with EHS and other local government regulations.
• Develop labor plans based on forecasted units and hours.
• Identify new opportunities for innovation and drive productivity within the department.
• Research, propose, and implement new processes and improvements in service and cost.
• Produce reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for upper management & the customer.
• Lead the development and communication of Productivity Improvement Plans for each performance indicator or area identified for improvement.
• Oversee B2B logistics for the delivery of electronics (home appliances, mobile phones, accessories, etc.) for retail sales.
• Manage D2C e-commerce execution and service parts supply and return logistics.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing logistics operations using warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), integrating with customer ERPs, and API integrations with vendors.
• Advanced skills in document preparation (PPT & Excel) for regular meetings and presentations.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 10 years of logistics experience.
• At least 5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Proven experience in KPI management, inventory slotting, inventory accuracy, consistency, and availability.
• Strong ability to work with Distribution Centers, Customer\'s Supply Chain Teams, Carriers, 3PLs, and truckers to resolve any inbound/outbound shipment issues.
• Ability to expedite emergency requests.
• Proficiency in analyzing and reporting recommendations and results related to operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder communication, with timely and accurate ad-hoc reports and analyses.
