Roles & Responsibilities
- Constantly develop new products by own initiative, to increase company's revenue
- Coaching and developing more effecient methods of repair for employees (hands-on)
- Solve any production or workshop issues on your own
- Monitor production staff and also ensuring that they are carried out work expertly
- Inspection of work equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
- Controlling and monitoring the usage of production materials so as to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
- Providing any form of required assistance to production staff while they carry out their duties.
