Senior/Engineer, Radio Operations

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day to day O&M operations for the 3G, 4G and 5G Mobile Network infrastructure.
Coordinate and work with other MNOs on Mobile Network infrastructure O&M issues for various MRT lines.
Carry our site survey, inspection and follow up to resolve the defects.
Standby duties for attending to ad-hoc infrastructure troubleshooting for MRT lines.
Work with Legal Counsel team to draft License Agreement.
Tracking operation expenses and preparing billing.
Following up with Building Owner to gain access for O&M activities.
Assist the manager to manage project implementation.

Qualifications:

Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Possess at least two years of related working experience.
Diplomas in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with at least 5 years of related working experience are welcome.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of Cellular Network will be an advantage
Working experience in MRT lines will be preferred.
Possess sound negotiation skills, communicate effectively both horizontally and vertically.
Possess a high level of initiative.
Show eagerness and capacity to learn.
