Monitor and perform loan administration duties, such as verification of authorized signatories, repayment schedules, fee calculation, loan collection, loan restructuring etc.
Perform loan processing duties such as new loan drawdown, loan rollover, loan prepayment and repayment to ensure transactions are processed timely and accurately.
Liaise with internal departments on matters pertaining to loan transactions, classification and reconciliation.
Monitor and perform daily cash management, fund transfer and remittance support, such as GIRO and G3.
Perform account maintenance tasks such as bankruptcy and account closure etc.
Perform the role of a Maker as well as ad-hoc Authorizer (as and when required) and ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and within stipulated timeline.
Handle customer enquiries and feedback.
Assist in periodic regulatory reporting as well as internal reporting to various departments and Head Office.
Update SOP to ensure compliance with the internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
A recognised Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the banking industry.
Well-versed in loan operations and loan administration processes.
Familiar with related front-to-back office workflows.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good team player.
Knowledge in SWIFT, MEPs+ and GIRO payment process and fixed deposits would be advantageous.
