Job Description

Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure daily smooth operations of customer service and warehouse operations team.
• Develop and implement capacity planning strategy including facilities, equipment, and labor required.
• Overseeing order administration & order processing function to support sales operations to ensure on-time delivery with accuracy.
• Work with stakeholders to provide operational support for relevant project deliveries.
• Maintain overall warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle count, cost/quantity adjustments, block audits and empty bin audits.
• Work with sales and supply chain department on sales forecast and cost analysis.
• Manage customer complaints, improve quality performance through root cause analysis, containment action and corrective actions (including CAR/PAR).
• Manage return authorization, vendor returns, defective products, spares and scrap.
• Assist in supporting regional team to ensure smooth operations and project delivery.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports as required\xef\xbb\xbf
• Assist in process improvement process
• Ensure ISO Quality Management and \xef\xbb\xbfHealth, Safety and Environment compliance.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Bachelor in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Management or equivalent
• At least 5 -6 years of warehouse& inventory operations& customer service experience
• Prior experience working with Telecommunication or IT Services will be an added advantage
• Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
