JOB DESCRIPTION: Lab Setup Project (Phase 1) * Travel to US to work with US Rel Lab team to setup RF High Temperature Operating Life capability in Dezhou * Candidate is expected to travel to Be JOB DESCRIPTION: Lab Setup Project (Phase 1) Travel to US to work with US Rel Lab team to setup RF High Temperature Operating Life capability in Dezhou Candidate is expected to travel to Bejing to provide training and oversee setup of Dezhou lab Implement processes and work with PE and Dezhou factory team and GSO Ongoing Reliability Testing Engineer to improve cycle time Program Execution (Phase 2) Oversee ORT program execution, reporting, and dispositionReporting of Newton DSMBGA ORT to CQE/PQE - engage ATK, US PQE, CQE, DE, Own problem resolution for failures - Knowledge of test board, board and test plan troubleshooting Manage Capacity and upcoming requirements Ensure proper capability matched with resources Align with management of ORT for future needs Work with PE and Dezhou factory team and GSO ORT Engineer to improve cycle time Collaborate with GSO ORT engineer to identify and implement ORT coverage and systems improvements Technical Interface for CQE/Newton questions or issues on ORT REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with at least 10 years' experience in device reliability and setup experienc Strong inter-personal skills worked in cross-cultural, multi time zone Knowledge of the test board test program/plan trouble shooting Strong project management and reliability program deployment experience Device reliability and Failure triage (FA, DUT vs board fault) expertise Interested applicants, please apply via our corporate website under the requisition number 4484 at http://www.qorvo.com/careers/ with a copy of your detailed resume.
