Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in liaison with sub-contractors, suppliers and vendors.
- Responsible in planning maintenance schedule and monitor the schedule to ensure that works are completed within stipulated schedules with skill, efficiency and quality.
- General administrative works.
- Preparation of maintenance schedule after the project handover form signed off by client and received from respective project engineers within two weeks\xe2\x80\x99 time.
- Prepare quotation and costing for minor works, Adhoc works & maintenance.
- Assist in building Permit-To-Work submission & worker security clearance for all the maintenance works and minor works.
- Responsible in maintain stock record.
- All other Adhoc works as instructed by the Superior.

- Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
- Up to $3000 + allowances
- Aljunied
- ITE / Diploma
- 3-4 years of related experience
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Good Verbal and written communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
