Service Coordinator - European Engineering MNC Salary: $4000 max 5 days work week 8am - 5pm (Mon-Fri) Location: Tuas

Job Scope:

Supports and manages 24 hours service availability / emergency duty
Coordinates and plans all service/repair jobs together with the customer (applying the DIVISION policies)
Coordinate the service job with the necessary resource, parts etc.
Handling of DIVISION internal service job assignments
Ensure the right technical specifications as per customer requirements
Ensure that services are carried according to Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) and Quality requirements (working instructions)
Manage the service order process from quotation to invoicing
Manage the service execution process by ensuring the correct details are maintained and created in ATURB CRM Platform for engineers use.
Ensuring data quality during service execution
Responsible for the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction
Make sure that all necessary data has been registered in the SAP system (commercial issues)
Work closely with the Technical Advisor on technical issues (incl. warranty cases)
Coordinates/communicates with End User Sales regarding customer status
Execute maintenance agreements, OPAC, MMA, Contracts ...
Follow up on maintenance scheduler information
Responsible for continuous process improvement
