You will be involved in general administrative duties to support the Service Division.
Job descriptions:
Process requirements and enquiries for the department
Prepare purchase order and keep track of regular maintenance schedule
Provide support for customer service, follow up on delivery schedule and update customers in a timely manner
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
Compile monthly service reports
Other admin related duties
You should be able to perform your task independently, be resourceful and work with the different departments within the company. You should be a people\xe2\x80\x99s person, possess good communication skills, enjoy teamwork and maintain professionalism at all times.
Job requirements:
Minimum O or N Levels equivalent qualification
Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
Administrative / purchasing experience in the engineering, construction or audio-visual/IT industry will be an advantage
Willing to learn, able to work independently and proactive
Cheerful personality and customer-centric
