Job Description


You will be involved in general administrative duties to support the Service Division.

Job descriptions:

  • Process requirements and enquiries for the department
  • Prepare purchase order and keep track of regular maintenance schedule
  • Provide support for customer service, follow up on delivery schedule and update customers in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
  • Compile monthly service reports
  • Other admin related duties
You should be able to perform your task independently, be resourceful and work with the different departments within the company. You should be a people\xe2\x80\x99s person, possess good communication skills, enjoy teamwork and maintain professionalism at all times.

Job requirements:
  • Minimum O or N Levels equivalent qualification
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
  • Administrative / purchasing experience in the engineering, construction or audio-visual/IT industry will be an advantage
  • Willing to learn, able to work independently and proactive
  • Cheerful personality and customer-centric
